Cancellation Policies

Below are our cancellation policies to ensure you have all the information you need:

1. To receive a 50% refund of accommodation fees, cancellation must be made at least seven full days before the local arrival time (or 3:00 PM if not specified) on the day the reservation begins. Otherwise. you won't be able to get it. For example, if your arrival is on a Friday, you will have until the previous Friday before your arrival time to cancel your reservation.

2. If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance, the non-refundable nights will not be refunded.

3. If the guest arrives and decides to leave their accommodation early, they will not be refunded for any nights not spent.
